Delete a collect.ceo account
Self-service, permanent deletion of an account and its associated data.
Updated:
1. In the Android app
- Open the Account tab.
- Select Delete account.
- Enter the current password and confirm.
- After the server confirms deletion, the app signs out and clears its local encrypted cache.
2. In the web service
- Sign in to collect.ceo.
- Open Account from the navigation.
- In the deletion section, enter the password and the word DELETE.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
3. Result
The operation removes the account profile, collections, item records, photos, private operations, and all sessions from active production storage. It cannot be undone.
- Backups and limited security logs age out under the defined retention cycle.
- If sign-in is unavailable, the operator's public deletion-request contact will be included in the Google Play listing before the app is published.
